Welcome to the Rotary Club of Tatura
ABOUT US
We are a small club of 20 members working hard to assist not only our local community but people in need in places far and wide.
Our members, both male and female come from a wide range of backgrounds and bring varied skills to the work of the club.
From youth to aged care, emergency situations or day to day life struggles, we are there to serve.
We meet every 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 6.00pm, location is Lagozzino’s Top Pub, Hogan St, Tatura.

NEWS UPDATE
CDS SCHEME
The first Sunday of each month is important!
That is the day that we are open for can and bottle collection at the Rotary Shed (adjacent to the Mens Shed) in Ross St Tatura. Please support us by delivering your cans and bottles to us on that day.
The latest projects to benefit are a solar project for low income families and also our farming brothers and sisters in QLD. Both the Sacred Heart and the Primary Shool in Tatura have also been beneficiaries of donations from our club.
ART SHOW 2025
Preparation for the 2025 Tatura Rotary Community Art Show over the Kings Birthday Weekend in June are well under way. Entries for art exhibits close o Friday 16th May. This year we have a very special guest to open our show, Heather Ewart from ABC Backroads. Heather grew up just outside Murchison and has gone to travel to every corner of Australia. We are very pleased to announce that “Opera at the Art Show” is returning for opening night entertainment. Michael Lapina from Opera Australia has accepted our invitation to perform opera classics and songs from shows that everyone knows. Michael is again going to be accompanied with a female member of Opera Australia.
Our Raffle Prize this year is one from Col Brown. Col has scored very highly on the People’s Choice for the last two years, winning in 2023 and runner up in 2024.
